AME Systems has a long-standing relationship with the Ararat Legacy Club, with Peter Carthew AM a legatee for some 20 years.
A Legacy office has been available at the AME Systems site since 2004 and in 2016, was redeveloped to become a stand-alone facility now known as Ararat Legacy House.
Ararat Legacy was formed in 1929 and today has thirty legatees supporting 160 widows across the Grampians/Pyrenees region. Their role, as it was in 1929, is the care, guidance and encouragement of the families of servicemen and servicewomen, who through death because of their service, can no longer provide those benefits.
