The Board of AME Systems (Vic) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Joe Rizzo as a non-Executive Director.
Mr Rizzo has had extensive involvement in the manufacturing industry over 35 years+ and his expertise will complement and further enhance the strength of our Board structure which comprises Mr John Gault (Chairman), Mr Peter Carthew AM, Mr Ross Hatton and myself.
“The Directors are delighted that we have been able to attract a person of Mr Rizzo’s background and his experience to our company’s Board. His in-depth knowledge will be invaluable to AME Systems (Vic).”
Mr Rizzo has been a long-time associate of AME Systems (Vic) owner, Mr Peter Carthew AM and the business for many, many years through the manufacturing industry and particularly his time with PACCAR (Kenworth Trucks) including six years as their Managing Director.
Currently, Mr Rizzo is a non-Executive Director of Maxitrans Industries Ltd and is also a member of the TAFE Capability Assessment Panel for the Victorian Department of Education and Training.
