ARARAT – AME Systems (Vic) announced the details of a newly realigned management structure on Wednesday, set to take the company on its journey into the future.
“Work commenced in August 2010 on the quarterly strategic review,” managing director Peter Carthew said.
“The company has taken a very close look at what it currently does and how effectively it meets the needs of all stakeholders.”
The review is expected to culminate mid-year and provide clarity about all the systems, plans and policies required by AME Systems (Vic) to position itself as a capable, reliable and sustainable business.
“The clear intent of the business is to further develop in Ararat and district while being a stable source of employment and continuing to be a workplace of choice,” Mr Carthew said.
“This review is about seeking to be ready and able to maintain and grow AME Systems (Vic) as a business entity both domestically and internationally.”
